I have been head Head Chef of Captains Club Hotel for the last 6 years, having been involved from pre-opening stage and gaining and maintaining 2 AA Rosettes, 2 months after we opened .

Prior to that I held positions in Burj al Arab in Dubai, Gleneagles in Scotland, The K Club in Eire, and The Royal Hotel in Evian,France.

I am originally from the North East of Scotland, and have been a Chef for the last 22 years.
