Location: The Millbrook Inn – South West Dining Pub of the Year is recruiting a Sous Chef.

Ambitious and energetic chef required to join our team under Head Chef JP Bidart and alongside South West Chef of the year runner-up Dave Gobbett.

We describe our cooking style as French Auberge colliding with Devon country pub.

This year we aim to get our triple rosettes, and have future plans for Michelin Stars.  We do our own butchery, run butchery demo evenings, source meat, fish & veg direct & ultra-local or by foraging ourselves where possible.

Minimum 4 years experience required.  Possible accommodation available.  Excellent package £23-28k plus tips of approx £5k pa.
