Job Description

The Role

As a Restaurant Instructor you will be responsible for providing a flexible and responsive approach in the training or workplace environments and undertake skill development and competence assessments as required. You will provide supervision, practical instruction and guidance in areas where skills training takes place. You will also ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to in the provision of a safe working environment and that any maintenance issues are reported in a timely manner. Additionally, you will monitor student progress and develop, design and change student learning plans and assessment accordingly in order to ensure every student reaches their full potential.

You will also be expected to engage in professional development and networking for the purpose of your own CPD, ensuring that the college and its teaching standards are maintained to our high standards.
