Scott took over the helm at The Horn of Plenty in August 2011, having worked his way up through the ranks at The Jack in the Green near Exeter.  Leading a talented team of 6 chefs, Scott is now driving The Horn’s long-held reputation as one of Devon’s top fine dining restaurants

Scott’s ambition over the next 5 years is to become one of the Top 100 Restaurants in the UK.
