I’ve been cooking and promoting Kentish produce for the last 15 years in kitchens such as the Goods Shed and Michael Caine’s Abode Hotel in Canterbury, Samphire and The Oxford in Whitstable, The Marquis at Alkham and the Granville in Lower Hardres. As well as being Festival Chef for our own Lounge on the Farm music & arts Festival and The Farmhouse Restaurant. I also cook at one off seasonal suppers around east Kent and am currently about to set up the new Quex Barn Dining Room in Canterbury opening this September.
