Marc Benzimra

Marc Benzimra joined The Wolseley in 2008 and was promoted to Head Chef in 2011. He was appointed Executive Chef of Corbin & KIng in 2012 and in this role oversees the culinary direction and running of all the kitchens at The Wolseley, The Delaunay, Brasserie Zédel and Colbert, as well as The Beaumont Hotel, due to open in Summer 2014.

Born in Kenya, Marc has worked in senior positions both in the UK and in South Africa, including at Sous Chef level with Relais & Châteaux Hotels & Conran (now D&D Restaurants).

Marc worked as Head Chef level at the Victoria Junction Hotel, Santé Winelands Hotel and Spa and as the Executive Chef at the Cullinan Hotel in Cape Town.

Marc completed his HND in Hotel Management in 1995 and is a member of The Institute of Hospitality.
