Lloyd Mann has over twenty years’ experience of working within the contract catering sector and has worked worked his way through the kitchen to his current role as Food services Director for ISS Food and Hospitality.

Lloyd had held senior company executive chef positions for well-respected caterers before taking up his current position heading up the food development team for ISS where innovation and seasonality are all ways the main focus.
