Dominic Teague joined One Aldwych as Executive Chef in June 2012 with a commitment to provide the best in restaurant hospitality to hotel guests and the public alike.
As a young chef in the 1990s, Dominic apprenticed at the Lanesborough Hotel, London and Bishopstrow House, Wiltshire. Following a period experiencing Asian cooking, flavours and techniques at the Regal Hotel, Hong Kong, he returned to the Lanesborough Hotel, then joined Marco Pierre White’s acclaimed Oak Room. Dominic next moved to Marco Pierre White’s L’Escargot where from 2000 to 2006 he progressed from Sous Chef to Head Chef to Executive Chef and maintained one Michelin star for six consecutive years.
From 2006 to 2010 he was Head Chef at the Aurora restaurant at Andaz Hotel, London. From 2010 to May 2012 Dominic was Executive Sous Chef at the acclaimed luxury resort Sandy Lane Hotel, Barbados where he oversaw seven food outlets.
