Prior to my current role at Chimes Restaurant at Highbury College, I’ve had a wide experience as a chef over the last 17 years. This has included time as an apprentice at Marriott Hotels, working my way to Sous Chef.

I went on to work in Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants including the Box Wood Cafe and the opening of Plane Food at Heathrow Airport. Pinewood Studios as a Sous chef, then on to Head chef in a 4 star London hotel.

I would see myself as a knowledgeable and versatile chef with experience of fine dining and working at pace in banqueting and events. In my role as Head chef of Chimes I will continue to mentor new talent as I have throughout my career.
