Armand joined Hotel Café Royal in 2012 and has been instrumental in driving forward the food and beverage offering throughout the property. Working closely with Executive Chef Andrew Turner, Armand ensures that the menus across each outlet deliver the very best culinary experience for guests.

Armand gained his first experience of working in a busy, high profile kitchen while doing a three month stint at the three Michelin star Auberge de l’ile, Alsace in France. He then went on to work at an array of prestigious London hotels and restaurants including The Lanesborough, Orrery Restaurant, Galvin at Windows, one Michelin starred Ambassade de l’Ile Restaurant and Bistro-K Restaurant.

Armand’s accolades include being the Roux Scholarship Winner in 2007 and the Academy of Culinary Arts Winner in 2005.
