Andrew Scott has spent his entire career in Michelin-starred kitchens, training initially at Mallory Court, Lords of the Manor and L’Enclume before rejoining Mallory Court, where he became Head Chef in 2010. Retaining the accolades at Mallory for 2 years . Moving onto the Curlew restaurant in East Sussex, where he gained a Michelin star in the 2014 Michelin Guide.

A brand new project came calling in 2014 , which was Sudbury House in Faringdon Oxfordshire. Opening Restaurant 56 in the grade 2 listed building then overseeing the full refurbishment of the rest of the hotel and opening a more relaxed dining option too. Andrew hopes to replicate and build on his previous success and food style that has seen him achieve so much.
