Andrew Parkinson – Brasserie Zédel


Andrew began his career at Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland, then went on to climb through the ranks holding junior roles at Billesley Manor in Stratford upon Avon and London’s Royal Lancaster Hotel.

He then held Sous Chef positions at Odette’s in Primrose Hill and Quaglinos before taking his first Head Chef role at Group Chez Gerard’s Soho and Bertorelli’s Charlotte Street. Andrew has spent the last 7 years as Executive Chef at Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen restaurant before joining Brasserie Zédel.
