When asked where he would like to work, he replied “The Crown at Celtic Manor” and it was there that he worked alongside some of the UK’s most talented chefs and learnt many of the innovative cooking techniques that he continues to use today.

In April 2010 Andrew joined Gilbey’s Old Amersham as Sous chef, with the restaurant being awarded 1 AA rosette during his time.Andrew continued to throw himself into his role and remained at Gilbey’s Old Amersham until September 2012. Andrew then met Terence and Gemma at The Angel at Burford. Realising that they all shared the same vision and values of fresh seasonal produce, combining excellent flavoursand putting an emphasis on presentation, he joined them as Head Chef in October 2012.
