Employed for over four years as Technical Advisor for SOSA Ingredients, Chef Guillem is an expert in Modern Cuisine with a wealth of international experience and specialises in both Savoury & Sweet applications. Prior to working for SOSA, he worked in several award winning restaurants including Lasarte**(Fish), Hotel Arts (Banquets), Mont Sant Benet (Banquets Head Chef), Les Voltes de Sant Sebastia (Starters & Desserts) and Llucanes* (Chef Assistant). He has also won several awards including Best Catalan Chef (Sant Pol de Mer Mar, 2011), Best Dish and Best Pairing (Joviat School, 2007 and 2011)
