Taylors Recruitment and Taylor Wigg Recruitment combined forces in 2016 creating TTW Recruitment.

Both these independent recruitment businesses were developed to partner South West based Hospitality and Catering businesses in the recruitment of management and chef professionals.

The creation of TTW therefore gives us the capacity to offer a bespoke service working closely with clients and candidates, forging relationships with longevity based on integrity, honesty and trust.

Craig Taylor, based in Somerset

Craig, after several years working as a chef, completed a HND in Hospitality Management, before going to F&B management within the Hotel Industry. Then, in 1998, he progressed in to Hospitality Recruitment.

In the last 16 years, Craig has worked for 2 leading recruitment businesses and had the opportunity to work with many great clients and candidates, developing relationships within all sectors of the industry. Craig has successfully managed recruitment teams and has an excellent track record of achieving results.

Having launched Taylors Hospitality Recruitment in 2014, Craig is dedicated to a hands-on approach, delivering a quality recruitment service, based on experience and industry knowledge.

Charlotte Wade, based in North Somerset

After gaining a BA (Hons) in Hospitality Management, Charlotte worked in management roles in both hotels and serviced apartments focusing on sales and revenue management before moving into hospitality recruitment in 2005.

Having worked for two market leading recruitment companies, Charlotte and Sally launched Taylor Wigg Recruitment in 2012 and she now has 11 years’ recruitment experience.  Charlotte enjoys building long term relationships with both clients and candidates and have a proven ability at delivering results.

Charlotte has a real passionate for the hotel industry and likes nothing more than having a nose around hotels in her spare time.

Sally Wigg, based in South Devon

As a hospitality graduate, Sally spent her early career working as a manager in both the independent and branded restaurant and hotel sectors. In 2000 she joined a large hospitality recruiter and carved a career recruiting and managing recruitment teams in London and the South East regions before relocating to the South West in 2005.

In 2012, she launched Taylor Wigg Recruitment with Charlotte and has now been recruiting for 16 years within the hospitality industry. Sally has a good all round knowledge of the restaurant, pub, hotel and leisure markets and trends. Having worked closely with many of the largest corporate brands in her early recruitment career, Sally now enjoys working closely with independent and developing businesses in the South West.

Living on the South Hams coast between Plymouth and Torquay, Sally has a particular interest in TTW clients and candidates based in the Devon and Cornwall areas.
